• Google ID: A unique identifier for your Google account

When you use the Service, we also collect:

• User content: Sermon notes, reflections, and other text you create
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns (via Google Analytics)
• Audio data: If you use live transcription, audio is processed in real-time by Deepgram and is not stored by us
• Payment information: Processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To authenticate your identity and maintain your session
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To generate AI-powered features (Deep Dive, devotionals, transcription)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience

3. AI and Third-Party Services

To power AI features, your sermon notes and text may be sent to:

• Anthropic (Claude): For Deep Dive analysis and devotional generation
• Deepgram: For live audio transcription

These services process your data according to their own privacy policies. We send only the minimum content needed to provide the feature.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the Service is used. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and device type. You can opt out using browser extensions like Google Analytics Opt-out.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored in a SQLite database hosted on Railway's infrastructure
• Sessions are secured with HTTP-only cookies
• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the app
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting support
• Export your notes (feature coming soon)

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
